Return Policy
★How do I Return★
At Evalaxy, we understand that sometimes online shopping can be difficult and you might need to return an item. Therefore, we make it easy for our customers to return items within 4 days of their delivery.
If you wish to return an item, simply email us at help@evalaxy.com with your order ID and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 working hours with further instructions.
Once we have confirmed your return request, Customer has to self-ship the item to our warehouse address. Please note that we do not accept customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram or Call. All queries must be sent to help@evalaxy.com.
★Exchange★
✔Exchange is available free of cost
You Can Generate an Exchange request within 4 days of the delivered date & time via Email us on Help@evalaxy.com with your order id and Require Size only Once. Our team will revert you within 24 to 48 hours with the further process.
Once the exchange process begins, it can't be canceled or Refund.
⚠Are there any charges for return?
①If an item is returned we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee or COD fee(60 Rs.) and convenience fee
②The customer is responsible for return shipping charges

✔Unwashed and Unworn
✔In the original packaging
★What items are non-returnable/ Exchangeable?
✔Free gifts or promotional items
✔Used or Washed
✔Without Original Packaging
✔Once Exchanged
★Refund Process
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (Unwashed or Unused), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Orders booked through COD mode will be credited back as Evalaxy.com Store Credits.
Orders booked through Prepaid Mode will be refunded back to Via the Original Payment Method.
